About Me..
I began my career as a User Researcher with manufacturing companies such as Godrej and Hettich, where I helped redefine market segments through primary research, developing user empathy, and designing solutions tailored to their needs.
At Infosys I worked on Finacle, which gave me the opportunity to think from a framework perspective—building products iteratively and incrementally for multiple customers and millions of users across web and mobile banking.
At Schlumberger and later Icertis, I had the opportunity to demonstrate and grow my leadership skills—building design teams and leading enterprise application and platform design initiatives.
My time at Persistent allowed me to collaborate with leading enterprise organizations such as BMC, Cisco, and Schlumberger, designing and modernizing their enterprise applications.
Currently, at Encora, I work as both an Individual Contributor (IC) and Design Manager, partnering with large enterprises and product teams to modernize their application portfolios, introduce new products, and establish scalable design systems.I particularly enjoy discovery workshops, where I collaborate with stakeholders to reframe problems by deeply understanding their business goals and the challenges they aim to solve.
More recently, my focus has been on building frameworks to improve user productivity by simplifying workflows through data visualization and AI-driven insights.
Outside of work, I’m a passionate cricket fan, and I often draw parallels between cricket and design. I see T20s as Design Thinking workshops, One-Day matches as product discoveries and MVPs, and Test matches as long-term design programs. Personally, I thrive as a “Test player”—where patience, skill, and maturity are tested over a long journey, with opportunities to learn and grow from every challenge.
